Whereas at a General towne Meeting att Gravesand of all the Inhabitants for the thirty none Lotts Concerning the putting out of some  plow Land on hugh Garretsens Necke, and Gisberts Island ajacent to this towne, and within our pattent, have unanmmously, agreed & consented that itt shall be layd out, for the best Advantage and Equally devided, according to every mans proportion without any prejudice for the future laying out of more land by a gennorall Consent, as is now acted, witness our hands this 5th of Jannury 1670.
